It does not take into account any particular person’s financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

Historical and simulated examples

Some pages present historical simulated paper-trade examples for educational purposes. These examples were not executed through brokerage accounts and are not actual client results. They rely on the assumptions described on the relevant page—for example, closing midpoint prices—and may exclude commissions and other costs. Simulated results may differ from live execution, broker margin requirements, liquidity, and actual results. They may not show interim losses or maximum drawdowns.
